I am female, 27 years old, am 5'2" and weigh 85 lbs. I run about 5 times a week for about 45 minutes to an hour. I know that I am underweight and am trying to gain weight. It is very difficult because I do not want to stop running! It's my stress reliever and something that my husband and I love to do together. Any suggestions for gaining weight in a healthy way? I need to get some weight on in order to keep on running!
