I'm training for twelve Marathons in Europe this year (one down (Holland)eleven to go). Gladly share my training with you, but it will have to be by email, as I'm in Spain. I run at 06:00 most days. I live in a built up, hilly area. I'm lucky enough to have miles of beach close by, also many miles of mountain trails. My usual daily run incorporates hills (steps) sandy beaches, and streets, and last for about one hour. I am fourty five, and a lover of living life! Michael
