Well, now that many of us have either done, or are a week or two away from doing a fall marathon, I'd like to hear what folks do in the weeks/months following a marathon (other than chat on bulletin boards).
The last two years, I went out and trained myself into achilles tendonitis and a stress fracture; perhaps I ought to do something different this time around!
Any thoughts? What seems to work? How long until you start your next build-up?
