Yep, that'd be a 4:28; and it took me ONE HOUR to do the last 3.2 miles! That is *slower* than walking. As Bill Rodgers said, "the marathon can humble you".
In 1992, I weighed 320 lbs and couldn't make it one lap around a 400 m track. It took me about a year and a half to work up to a 24 minute 2 mile (3.2 km) run.
My deragatory comments were directed only at Bambi, who,at the time, I thought richly deserves them. :-)
