Hey having pain below the knee. Exterior Shin directly below the knee cap. Doesn't hurt with daily movement, about 1.5 miles into an easy run it locks up. Seems the warmer it get the tighter is is. This happened on an easy run with no specific point (no twist, no pop) Never had problems before in training. I have been off of it for about a month, but I can't take it for 1 more second. I am climbing the walls here. Any suggestions, thoughts, rehab ideas. Desperate Woman. Must run. Please help.
