Calling somebody stupid on this site should be in itself ground for moderators to step up and protect the integrity of the site ...
I'm not going to engage myself in debate with bambi. I've more important things to do in life like training hard to break the 3 hours in the marathon and sharing my experiences with my fellow runners at all levels including Khalid Khannouchi, who by the way I met in Boston ,listened to me,gave me personnal advice and never called me stupid because I run a marathon one hour slower than him...
Unless the moderators of this site intervine, I will personnally forget about this site and urge other runners to join more responsible running sites ( and beleive me, they are some good ones) where beginners and seasonned runners alike interract and help each others and get advice from coaches, elite runners and regular people, where everybody is treated wtih respect...
