Just got through running the Providian Relay, which goes from Calistoga down to Santa Cruz. Some of the people that were on my team were saying that the Napa course runs along some of the same roads we were on. If so, you're lucky! It was a beautiful place to run. You might want to include some hillwork in your training. Lots of ups and downs. Keep the wine tasting to a minimum also! Post a reply on the Bulletin Board
