The Veagn diet can be disasterous if your not extremely careful. Contrary to popular belief there is nothing unnatural about humans eating animal products. I once knew a vegan athlete who wound up in the hospital. He was certain that he was eating a well rouded diet from the vegan perspective but it could have cost him his life. He looked like a completely different person once he started eating meat again. He now questions why he was ever a Vegan in the first place. I strongly reccomend studying nutrition to really know what your doing. I was a Vegetarian for 7 years. When I started eating meat again I was injured alot less and began to run and train much harder. Race times greatly improved........
