I am 28 and havn't run since high school (cross country & long distance), but this is my year. Throughout this year I have lost and kept off twenty pounds. Now I am down to my college graduation weight of 155 pounds. This year, my New Year's resolution is to run the Indy Mini in May and the Indy Marathon in October. I am not sure about how fast I will be, but I want to shoot for the mid three hour range.
In H.S. my PRs were: 5 min. mile, 11 min. two mile, and three miles in 16:45.
