I just read where Boston lowered its qualifying standards for those who are 45 years old or older. Well, what about MEEEEE??????
I propose: 1) a "body-fat" challenged division. Yeah, I know of clydesdale classes, but such folks (those who run well) are usually musclear and athletic. So, there ought to be a "high passive bodyfat" qualification; say, if you have 30% or more bodyfat and are at least 50 lbs. overweight, you get, say, 30 extra minutes.
2) How about a "no athletic ability" division??? Anyone who got a college varsity letter in ANY sport would be excluded
3) We could also have a "not enough % of slow twitch fiber" division and
4) a "lazybones" division; you'd need a letter from a mental health professional saying that you suffer from some personality disorder (e. g., "trainalazyia") which prevents you from training hard.
