Not sure how this transferring works (I know it's not officially allowed) but would like to run the marathon with friends and didn't purchase due to injury at the time. Assuming person picking up packet needs to be local? I will have cash, could pay some up front if necessary.... Am coming from Kansas so need to make travel arrangements. Thanks!
