Zeke - I actually went from the adrenalines to the pure cadence. I had run in adizeros before also. I was having a lot of ITB trouble, had never felt totally comfortable in the adrenalines.. and some people had suggested going to a more minimalist shoe. I didn't run in them exclusively right away. But I probably did do too much, too soon. What do you suggest I do now? Do I keep running on the ankle? Keep running in the pure flows? Too late to "undo" my mistake.. but I would like any suggestions on how to proceed safely and be able to get back to training injury-free. Thanks!
