It took 3-4 weeks for your calves to rebel to the new low-heeled shoes? That's a pretty common time line. Now I suspect that the ankle swelling is a by-product of tendinitis. Which is a common outcome for someone who trained in stability shoes (Adrenaline) and shifted directly to minimalist shoes (PureFlow). Good grief, who on earth recommended that footwear change to you?
