Ross, you did well, you achieved what you had sought for yourself. Congratulations. But you have to realize that you used running for 'ulterior motives' - i.e losing weight etcetera - and if you want to continue in this path, you will need to set and spell a whole new projection for yourself: do you really want to be a runner? Do you have the guts?If so, you are in for a whole new lot of dedication, and respect for the sport.When people come to me because they think I can 'train' them, I ask them what they want. If they tell me they want to lose weight, I suggest they walk... Walking is for health.Running is for something else.I hope you make the right decision.Join a running club, get used to the rythmn,run in peace.
