I'll be focusing my efforts on building up the speed component of my running this summer. I will be doing much more speedwork, and racing at shorter distances all summer. I also plan on re-acquainting myself with the gym that I'm paying for but not going to.
It is my hope to PB in 5k, 10k, .5 Mar, and a sub 3 hour marathon this year.
Set the bar high and keep reaching!!
