You might want to look into the Shamrock Marathon in Virginia Beach, VA... http://www.shamrockmarathon.com/ Flat - well organized. Some parts are low on crowds but overall a very good marathon. (I broke 4:00 for the first time there.) Post a reply on the Bulletin Board
