Anybody know how to actually BUY a copy of this book at a reasonable price? Over several months I've repeatedly checked all the standard commercial booksellers as well as a few of the mega-sites (which check a variety of other resellers). Alphacraze accepted my order and said it should ship in 2-4 weeks; that was several months back. Other than this, the only copies I've found offered are at ridiculous prices. I welcome suggestions. Thanks!
