Bone Chip and Orthotics bucfan 3/30/12 10:21:25 PM ET
I have been unable to run for 2 months due to pain from a bone chip in my instep. My podiatrist has recommended a custom made orthotic after my store-bought one hasn't helped. Has anyone else dealt with a bone chip and what helped? Also, are custom made orthotics worth the price ($300-$400). Help, I'm going crazy!
