where I think it's OK to stray off-topic, I thought I'd let my marathon-running compatriots know that I'll soon be pushing a double baby-jogger -- my wife Sarah and I became parents to a daughter, Liza Whitmire, on Wednesday evening. Hopefully in a few months she'll join big brother Alex on our morning training runs.
Sarah came through labor and delivery with the same toughness she showed in the two marathons she's run and we'll be welcoming mother and daughter home tomorrow.
Any of you who have experience with double joggers -- please chime in with recommendations. I've been very happy with my RoadRunner Sports single jogger, with its 20-inch wheels, but am open to other suggestions.
