I did similar training as you in terms of splitting 5 fingers and others shoes- but I did not log the miles you did. I have also run 1 full in 5 finger shoes. I did not have any issues for a few years running like that, but this past year I did have a heal issue — not sure if it was related to the shoes and was never too bad. I liked the splitting of half and half and I felt like it helped my stride even when not in the 5-fingers.
