I read a great article in RW about carbo-loading before a marathon but promptly screwed it up!
I'm running a marathon in 2 days so started increasing carbs today. Using the formula in the article, I require 504 g. carbs/day. So I probably met that requirement but I consumed way too many calories and fat! Now I'm concerned that the carb. intake has been negated by the fat and calorie intake and that I've gained unnecessary weight, which could cause sluggishness.
How do I figure out how many grams of fat and protein I need, along with the 504 g. of carbs.? I still have Thurs. and Fri. to get it right.
