Don't over think this too much. Try to remember what you ate the night before your best 19+ miler during your training. Use that as your pre-race meal. I actually focus more on my mid day meal the day before a long run or marathon than I do my evening meal. I arrived at that through trial and error while training for my second marathon. When you train for your next one, think of your 15+ mile runs as dress rehearsals for the marathon.
