I love to jog, but at a more elderly age, I have no desire to win any race or even come close to winning a race. What I want to do is complete a marathon, even if it takes 6 hours.
I typically complete a 5K in 35 minutes at a steady pace on a treadmill on a slightly elevated angle, and I am quite tired afterwords.
Is there a resource for training to balance jogging and walking to be able to complete a marathon?
