I signed up for the Chicago Marathon and started training about 4 months ago. About a month in I got injured and was out for nearly 2 months. However, I was able to get up to a 13 mile long run and about 7 miles every other day. Fast forward, I have fully healed and have been running 3-5miles per day for the past 2 weeks. I ran 8 miles at a 9:30 pace this past weekend and felt fine. I haven't trained like I wanted to but I still want to give it a go. What do you think?
