Looking for a running partner who will help me push myself. Have run 4 marathons, with another on the near horizon. After the Lakeshore M., hoping to train with someone who, like me, averages 7:45 to 8:30 per mile on short runs, and wants to shave extra seconds off each new run. Forest Park is a great central location, but neighborhood runs work, too. Self: F, 39, fairly good running shape, but believe I can be alot better. Don't do cross-training, no matter how many times I've told myself I should. Any M. or F. out there who can run very early in the morning, or late afternoon/early evening? Thanks.
