I recently started jogging, as I noted in my last post, and I have a question, it's a bit dumb.
Aside from the scenic and air quality benefits, I know that most runners are huge supporters of outdoor running and kind of bash treadmill runs. Why is this? I always kind of feel guilty going on the mill on days when I want to also do weights or abs at the gym, but I am interested in getting more perspectives on it. Thanks!
