Hi, I need some honest advice/encouragement. I have been running regularly for years (except while pregnant). Weekly mileage in the mid-20s. Pace around 8:30 or better but most runs are 4 miles. I have completed a few 5Ks, 10Ks, and 2 half marathons. I decided to train for a full a few weeks before the race. I have run 15, 19, and 19.7 so far in consecutive weeks. I plan on doing 2 more 19 milers, which will bring me to 2 weeks before the race. My goal time is around 4 hours. Long runs so far have been at a 9:30 pace. What do you think?
