I have a sleek, sweet-tempered, beloved, smart, 3-year-old Plott Hound who was born to run, like marathoners. I adopted her as a stray in NM, when I was caretaking a remote ranch. She was always free there, always alerted us to cougars and bears and other wildlife, and she has always come home. She can run with the car at ~ 10-15 mph for >20 miles at a time. Would any one who's planning to keep training for years be interested in adopting her, be able to give her a better home than I can, now that we've left the ranch? We are in the Seattle area now, but headed home to NM after Labor Day, if she doesn't have a good home by then. Thank you. marty
