North, I can't say why everyone is giving her a hard time. For my part, if someone wants to come in and start a thread that has meaning, or signifigance, that's great. When someone posts simply to stir a pot with an unjustified, incomplete opinion, then follows that up with sarcasm and criticism then I'm not inclined to be nice to them. For all I know, Observer is one of the elites with a shot at winning Boston. If that's the case good for her...I guess she's a "runner" and would know where the "runners" are. She ought to leave all of us pseudo-runners to discuss shoes, and training plans/issues...since we don't have a personal coach or sponsor to worry about all of those things for us.
