It feels like a sprained ankle but I never sprained my ankle. I don't feel it when I run except on the downhills and it goes away when I level off. Not too big of a problem (yet) so I'm just gonna run through it. I think it was caused by training for and running 17 miles downhill on gravel during a marathon in Idaho. My next marathon is flat so I'm staying off hills, taking Advil and rubbing Arniflora on it How's it going for you?
