Several runners have commented recently about having some itchies between the toes that can come from feet sweating running in hot and humid weather or wetness at other times of the year. Easy solution and preventative .... dip a Q-tip in a bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide and swap between toes after your shower. Acts as a good fungus buildup preventative which causes the itchy toes. Also is a very inexpensive cure for Athletes Foot. A 16 ox. bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide at a Dollar General Store or Family Dollar Store only cost $1 and will last until time out of mind.

Here is another tip related to underarm oder and cleanliness. Never use underarm deodorants ... too carcenogenic. Wash arm pits with Rubbing Alcohol/Isopropyl Alcohol. Same as is done with hospital patients. The Rubbing Alcohol kills the bacteria which causes the odor. Soap does not do the complete job and even clogs the pores which is why the underarm odor returns shortly after using only soap. A 12 oz. bottle costs $1 at the forementioned stores. No need to purchase these kinds of things at excessive prices at the chain pharmacies.

Also, to help keep down underarm odor men can shave their arm pits.
