I've ran it 3 times needing a 3:15:00 to qualify for boston. My best time was 3:22:00. The hills can take a lot out of you. You wont get out of them untill about mile 9. If its hot early forget it! by 10:30 to 11:00 the heat will be to much to post a good time. It is scenic and enjoyable with very good support. Alot of people use it as a training run and pull out around mile 20 and then run either Hartford or OceanState as their qualfier for Boston.
