Is this plantar facilitis? ang 6/6/11 9:27:44 PM ET
My injury woes continue...=( today I started getting a pinpricking sort of pain in the ball of my foot - directly behind the big toe's lowest joint. It's only in one foot. It happens when I press on it - walking, running - with my hand.. etc. I've never had pain similar to this before. What is it? What should I do? Ice? Help!
