stretching daily but still stiff! Ang 6/2/11 10:30:22 AM ET
I used to never stretch or cross train but since my sciatica/piriformis issues I have been seeing a chiropractor weekly, stretching daily, crosstraining once a week and cut back my daily mileage by a mile or two each day. But my legs still feel terrible! I am slow, stiff, and sore. What else should I do?!
