I have not run for 11 days (I'm going nuts!). I've walked, did pilates one day, biked one day, and stretched every day! I've had two massages.. and yet I am still having pain in my glute and occasionally in my IT band. Do you think it's just a matter of more time? Zeke - I know you mentioned a chiropractor.. I don't know of a good one near me and am nervous about just trying anyone. Do you know of any near NY, NY? Should I see an orthopedist or a physcial therapist?
