After Boston I felt so good and I got fulled into over-doing it I think. By this past Tuesday I was back to 9 miles. Well, Wednesdays run felt AWFUL in every way so I capped it at 7 but my legs felt so weary and knees were hurting by the end of the day. I decided to only do 6 today and they felt much better until the last mile.. started to get a very weird feeling in my left glute. Now it is very painful.. mainly at the top of the glute/lower back on the left when I walk. Should I get another massage (I got one two days after Boston) or just stretch? Ang
