I am running a marathon in one week. Trying to rest and taper, did my fasters 13 mile run last Sunday, took MOnday off, 5 milers Tues and Wed.. and got up yesterday with left hip pain down to my knee, took day off. Got up this morning with sore right check muscle...Starting to freak out that I'm going to be too sore next week. I have had literally very LITTLE pain thru all of the training..what should I do?
