I am training for a ultra marathon in June, Running from Canterbury Cathedral to Rome over a stretch of 1000 miles. I have started taking three supplements that have really helped me and my body. I recommend any runner to incorporate these into your diet.
Number 1: Glucosamine Like many Runners I run for hours at a time and the effect this can have on your joints can be devastating. Glucosamine helps repair cartilage and means your joints are supple and protected.
Number 2: Fish oils Your body needs to be like a well oiled machine and fish oils improve circulation, you body needs to be able to keep up with the demands you put on it and fish oils are a excellent dietary supplement.
Number 3: Amino acids Your muscles need to be strong and reliable. Amino acids play a critical role in muscle repair and protect them from injury.
