Here's a tricky one (I think).
I usually train twice a week on a 200 meter track in the sports complex near my home. It's always useful to register chronos while doing interval workouts - I do those on Tuesday. But every Thursday, and now most of the time since I'm in a taper mode, I run mostly at marathon pace- which means not fast enough to be running in the inside track (that measures 200 meters). So I run on the second track while the faster runners zoom by on the inside track. Problem is, I don't know how long the second track is. Does anyone know how many more meters there are on the second ring?
