Dan,
For now, I intend to scale back to 3-4 miles at a time, 3-4 times a week and focus on improving my speed.
Come next January I will decide whether to start training for the Wobegon marathon again. One thing I liked, it kept me focused on fitness during the long dark winter here in Minnesnowta!!
