I have signed up for the Goofy Challenge (Jan 8/9). I was wondering if I should just do normal training for a marathon or maybe look at it as an ultra-marathon. I was thinking of doing two long runs on consecutive days instead of one to mirror the event? Any suggestions? (I assume most of you know what the Goofy Challenge is but just in case it's a half marathon then a full marathon on consecutive days at Disney World).
