Last long run before Boston Ang 3/25/11 10:14:45 AM ET
I have done two 20 milers and upped my mileage to about 65-70Mthose weeks, while more like 45-50M on the off week. I really wanted to do a final 23-miler about 2.5-3 weeks out but my legs have been VERY fatigued. Should I forget the final long run? Or should I cut back on other days and still do it?
