I have lost about 65lbs after having lap band surgery. I really want to run a marathon and continue to run them just to reach my fitness goals, and to prove to myself that i have the will power.
the one i want to do is in Tallahassee on April 30th. thats 7wks from now... Its 1 mile, 5k and 10k... My questions are
is 7wks long enough to train? can i train for 5k in 7wks? how long is 5k exactly?
and any other tips that you think i should know? Im here to soak up knowledge of any kind!
