Enjoy the spring break and then enjoy the running. Most of us make mistakes of one sort or another as we run. The key is to have fun and done get hurt too much.
One thing which helps many of us is running with a group. Most of the specialized running stores feature training groups. It is in their interest to keep people enjoying themselves and healthy because that lets them sell product. That said, the groups work. It is easier to work as part of a group and,although it is fun, running can be work, particularly if you have goals to achieve.
