Hello Fellow Runners!!
I am running The Sun Trust Marathon on March 26th and I have a question about next weeks training. Will I gain anything out of doing another speed workout on Wednsday, which would be 17 days before the race or is it too close to the Marathon to gain any real benifits? I have averaged 30 miles a week over the 18 weeks leading up to race with the last 6 weeks peaking at 40 miles a week. I did speed workouts every thursday along the way.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
