AWESOME re your run with no pain RNR Girl!!!

The pain/stretch is DIRECTLY behind the knee, not where I understand the soleus/gastroc to be -- maybe this is where my hamstring attaches?

I think it's time to get my Anatomy book out.................

Maybe this is just 'runner's leg' *grin*. The only way I can explain it is that my knee isn't really operating properly -- but it isn't the knee per se. I always think of the hamstring as way "higher" (tho I do know the attachments end below the knee, in back). I have to kinda drag/swing my leg "forward" to not have pain in it when I walk. So I kinda have that very stylish "Frankenstein step", on one 1/2 of my body.
