If someone's qualifying standard is 3:20, Boston allows for a 3:20:59 as a BQ. Would the "5 minutes" be taken from the 3:20 or the 3:20:59? So is 3:15:59 five minutes faster than the standard or is 3:15:00 five minutes faster than the standard. Anyone know? Just curious. Post a reply on the Bulletin Board
