Hi all - I'm looking for someone who would know whether there were chip issues in the Dublin Marathon of 2000 that caused incorrect recording of chip times. I know the weather was awful - I heard 40 degrees with horizontal sleet, but I don't think that in itself would cause chip mis-timing. Can anyone help?
