I touched the tundra in 08

If you like football this marathon should be on your "bucket list". You do a lap around Lambeau field inside the stadium at mile 26, be sure to cut the corners so you can say you really touched the tundra and you finish out in the parking lot and immediately begin a tailgate party with bratz and beer. I ran a great time in the race, it is flat and fast as I remember it, maybe a potential for some wind in your face along the Fox River bike paths. Just enough people to run with, without being crowded. The pasta party was in the stadium the night before as was the pre-race staging in the morning. I recommend it. They got all the little things right and there was nothing it lacked or needed to be improved upon. There isn't much to Green Bay once you get away from the stadium. Maybe not a picturesque course that you will remember forever but the last half mile will be.
