I really, really want to run the airforce marathon on September 17. However, I am already registered for the NYC marathon on November 7th. I got into it this year because I applied for the lottery the 3 previous years and didn't get in. That means next year I most likely won't be doing the NYC... so.. would it be better to postpone participating in the airforce marathon until next year or is seven weeks in-between sufficient recovery time?
